Each barrel, aged a minimum of five years, was hand-selected by the Borchetta family for its distinct flavors, color, and mouthfeel. You will find our characteristic Big Machine bold, smokey flavor consistent throughout Borchetta Bourbon, but many of the similarities end there. Every barrel brings on its own individual attributes such as cherry wood, caramel, and rose.
