Fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak - 15% of which was new. Ehren Jordan worked in the Rhône Valley in the early 90s and then went on to work at Turley Wine Cellars before starting Failla on the Sonoma Coast. The property is just 2 miles away from the Pacific Ocean giving that vital cool wind so necessary to viticulture.
