Inspired by a pre-World War II recipe for Southern Comfort, this whiskey is crafted from heirloom apples sourced from the Finger Lakes Region. Crisp fresh apple nose. Notes of caramel and nutmeg along with notes of sweet apple-pie. The finish is warming with notes of raisin and dried fruit.
