Brilliant ruby colour. In the nose crystallized fruit, sweet and subtly toasted spices thanks to the time spent in the barrel. Medium intensity in the mouth with a balanced tannin. Perfect accompaniment to seafood, shellfish, fish, uncured cheeses, salad and rice.
